We’re actively on the lookout for a seasoned Solidity Engineer<\/strong> who brings a strong foundational background in Quantitative Finance (QuantFi)<\/strong>.     What You’ll Be Doing:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    As an Associate Director, Blockchain Engineering, you will be a central figure in designing and implementing advanced blockchain solutions for complex financial instruments. Your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Smart Contract Architecture & Deployment:<\/strong> You will architect, develop, and deploy sophisticated smart contracts designed to model intricate financial instruments. This includes, but isn’t limited to, derivatives, swaps, and repo agreements, ensuring they are robust, secure, and performant on the blockchain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cross-Functional Integration:<\/strong> You’ll collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams, integrating novel blockchain solutions seamlessly into the broader ecosystem of existing financial systems and infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cross-Chain Interoperability & Layer 1 Development:<\/strong> You will drive initiatives for cross-chain interoperability, and develop advanced smart contracts across multiple Layer 1 blockchain technologies<\/strong>, expanding our client’s reach and capabilities in the decentralized space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Code Review & Security Best Practices:<\/strong> You’ll conduct rigorous code reviews, implementing and enforcing industry best practices to ensure the utmost security, efficiency, and performance of all deployed smart contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Research & Advancement:<\/strong> Staying consistently ahead of the curve is crucial. You’ll dedicate time to researching and applying the latest advancements in cryptography and blockchain technology, bringing cutting-edge solutions to the firm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Requirements & System Architecture:<\/strong> Partnering closely with product managers and other key stakeholders, you will define precise technical requirements and shape the overarching system architecture for new blockchain-based financial products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Live Smart Contract Support & Troubleshooting:<\/strong> You will be responsible for troubleshooting and swiftly resolving issues in live smart contracts, ensuring minimal disruption to critical financial operations and maintaining maximum reliability and trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      What You Bring to the Table:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Educational Foundation:<\/strong> A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related STEM field. This academic rigor provides a strong base for complex problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Extensive Software Development:<\/strong> A minimum of 7+ years of progressive software development experience<\/strong>, with a very strong emphasis and proven track record in Solidity<\/strong> programming and a deep understanding of blockchain technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proven Quantitative Finance Experience:<\/strong> Demonstrated, hands-on experience in Quantitative Finance (QuantFi)<\/strong>, particularly in areas critical to financial operations such as collateral management, lending protocols, and derivatives valuation and settlement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Blockchain Security Expertise:<\/strong> A deep and nuanced understanding of blockchain security principles, common smart contract vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, integer overflow), and effective mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Development & Security Tool Proficiency:<\/strong> Hands-on experience with essential blockchain development tools like Hardhat<\/strong> and Foundry<\/strong>, coupled with proficiency in security analysis tools such as Slither<\/strong> and Mythril<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Scripting Language Proficiency:<\/strong> Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript<\/strong> or TypeScript<\/strong>, enabling efficient development, testing, and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Foundational Computer Science:<\/strong> A solid grasp of fundamental computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
