Your core responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Policy &amp; Standards Leadership:<\/strong> Leading the end-to-end development, implementation, and rigorous governance of enterprise-wide cybersecurity and technology risk policies and standards. This includes ensuring they are robust, current, and effectively communicated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strategic Control Framework Enhancement:<\/strong> Driving strategic initiatives aimed at continuously improving the organization&#8217;s technology control frameworks and ensuring unwavering regulatory compliance across all operations and jurisdictions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Global Project Collaboration:<\/strong> Collaborating extensively with cross-functional and global teams on high-impact cybersecurity projects. You&#8217;ll provide expert guidance and leadership to ensure secure and compliant project delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regulatory Integration &amp; Analysis:<\/strong> Analyzing external regulations and industry frameworks (such as <strong>NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls<\/strong>) to strategically integrate them into the organization&#8217;s internal governance models and operational procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Control Assessment Oversight:<\/strong> Overseeing the methodologies for control assessments, ensuring their effectiveness and driving continuous improvement in how controls are evaluated and managed.
