    What You’ll Be Doing:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    As a Software Engineer, AI, you will be a core contributor to the development of intelligent systems that revolutionize healthcare operations. Your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • LLM Agent Development & Integration:<\/strong> Building fundamental Large Language Model (LLM) agents<\/strong> from the ground up, and playing a crucial role in assisting with their seamless integration across the entire product suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Infrastructure Support & Scalability:<\/strong> Providing robust support for infrastructure management, leveraging modern orchestration and deployment tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform<\/strong> to ensure scalability and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Backend Service Development:<\/strong> Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance back-end services primarily using Python<\/strong> and the FastAPI<\/strong> framework, ensuring efficient data processing and robust API capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • AI\/ML System Contribution:<\/strong> Actively contributing to the full lifecycle of AI\/ML systems, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring in a production environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Agentic Workflow Implementation:<\/strong> Playing a key role in implementing advanced agentic workflows<\/strong> that enable autonomous and intelligent decision-making within the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      What’s Needed:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      We’re seeking a skilled and experienced AI-focused Software Engineer with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Backend Development Expertise:<\/strong> A minimum of 5+ years of extensive back-end development experience<\/strong>, with a strong focus on Python<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • AI\/ML Systems Experience:<\/strong> Proven experience in building and deploying AI\/ML systems<\/strong> in a production environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • RAG & Agentic Workflows:<\/strong> Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks<\/strong> and designing\/implementing agentic workflows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Database Technologies:<\/strong> A solid understanding of various database technologies, including PostgreSQL, graph databases, Elasticsearch, and Redis<\/strong>, and how to integrate them effectively into AI solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Containerization & Orchestration:<\/strong> Experience with Kubernetes, Docker<\/strong>, and Terraform<\/strong> for infrastructure management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Problem-Solving & Collaboration:<\/strong> Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
