Our global banking client is actively seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI\/ML Engineer<\/strong> to join their dynamic Engineering department.     What’s the Job?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    As a Senior AI\/ML Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the design, optimization, and deployment of advanced AI\/ML models within a demanding banking environment. Your core responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Complex Initiative Consultation:<\/strong> Providing expert consultation on complex initiatives with broad organizational impact, including large-scale planning for Software Engineering projects that leverage AI\/ML.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In-Depth Challenge Analysis:<\/strong> Reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation and innovative solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Policy & Compliance Adherence:<\/strong> Contributing significantly to the resolution of situations that demand a solid understanding of functional requirements, organizational policies, and stringent compliance mandates within the financial sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strategic Client Collaboration:<\/strong> Collaborating strategically and consulting effectively with client personnel to ensure the successful achievement of project deliverables, translating technical solutions into business value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • AI Model Optimization & Deployment:<\/strong> Optimizing and deploying sophisticated AI models, particularly for large-scale deep learning applications, leveraging high-performance GPU clusters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      What’s Needed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      We’re looking for a highly proficient and experienced AI\/ML Engineer with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Software Engineering Experience:<\/strong> A minimum of 5+ years of robust Software Engineering experience<\/strong>, or an equivalent demonstrated through significant work, consulting, specialized training, or advanced education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • API & Cloud-Native Development:<\/strong> Proven experience with API development<\/strong>, designing cloud-native architectures<\/strong>, and working with modern Generative AI frameworks<\/strong> like LLaMA<\/strong> and Mistral<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Technical Stack Proficiency:<\/strong> Hands-on proficiency with a modern technical stack including FastAPI, Unicorn, Swagger, Python, Apache Spark (PySpark), Kubernetes, and Django<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • GPU & Cloud AI Infrastructure:<\/strong> Direct experience in configuring and managing NVIDIA GPU<\/strong> environments, as well as working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)<\/strong> for TPUs<\/strong> and GPU instances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Distributed ML Knowledge:<\/strong> Solid knowledge of multi-GPU training techniques and experience with distributed computing frameworks<\/strong> such as TensorFlow Distributed<\/strong> and PyTorch Distributed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
