Our client is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Network Engineer<\/strong> to join their team. As an Enterprise Network Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of a Professional Services department, providing crucial support to various agencies within the U.S. Public Sector<\/strong>.     As an Enterprise Network Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, optimizing, and delivering critical network solutions for public sector agencies. Your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Lead Delivery Engagements:<\/strong> Taking the lead on critical delivery engagements, ensuring operational excellence in service delivery execution for complex networking projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Requirements Assessment & Solution Development:<\/strong> Collaborating directly with customers to thoroughly assess their unique requirements and subsequently developing optimized, robust networking solutions tailored to their needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Expertise & Problem Resolution:<\/strong> Providing deep technical expertise and expert guidance to effectively resolve complex customer problems, ensuring network stability and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Continuous Skill Development:<\/strong> Continuously learning and strengthening your technical skills in relevant networking domains and adjacent technologies, staying ahead of industry advancements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Network Architecture & Design:<\/strong> Contributing to the design of secure and scalable network architectures for enterprise and data center environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Implementation & Configuration:<\/strong> Implementing and configuring Cisco network devices, focusing on both hardware and software features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Troubleshooting:<\/strong> Diagnosing and resolving complex network connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      What’s Needed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      We’re looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient Enterprise Network Engineer with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Experience:<\/strong> A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, combined with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Networking<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Core Networking Understanding:<\/strong> A deep understanding of key technologies and protocols fundamental to Enterprise Networking<\/strong> and modern data center environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cisco Expertise:<\/strong> Proven technical expertise in Cisco software features and functionality<\/strong>. This includes strong skills in Routing\/Switching (R\/S)<\/strong> with specific expertise in Nexus 7k, Nexus 9k, and Catalyst 9k<\/strong> series switches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Communication & Presentation Skills:<\/strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and compelling presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Preferred Certifications:<\/strong> Industry certifications such as CCIE R\/S (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Routing and Switching)<\/strong> or CCIE Data Center<\/strong> are highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Additional Valuable Skills (Plus):<\/strong> Experience with VXLAN, Network Security (e.g., firewalls, access control), Core network technologies, Nexus platform, and Wireless networking<\/strong> is a significant plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
