Own the submission and tracking of ideas\u2014maintaining lifecycle status from conception through approval. Elevate high-impact concepts and shepherd them toward execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Administer project boards, monitor phase progression, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Proactively identify and escalate blockers or risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Pull and manipulate data from ServiceNow as needed. Maintain and update Smartsheet and Google Sheets dashboards with advanced functionalities (e.g. VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build robust reporting tools with Smartsheet (grids, timelines) and Google Sheets, incorporating formulas, visual components, and KPI indicators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Act as a bridge between the Strategic Realization Office, business units, IT, and other stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Operate with minimal oversight. Meet deadlines, own escalations, and drive clarity throughout project phases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
