Last Updated: June 13, 2024

1. Introduction

Welcome to the eStreetSecurity Job Placement Program (“the Program”). By enrolling in and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll or participate in the Program. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eStreetSecurity.

2. Program Description

2.1 The Program is a comprehensive career acceleration service designed to assist individuals in securing employment in the IT and cybersecurity sectors. The Program offers personalized career mentorship, technical interview preparation, access to exclusive job opportunities, and comprehensive on-the-job support.

2.2 eStreetSecurity does not guarantee employment through the Program. The Program’s goal is to equip participants with the necessary skills and resources to enhance their job prospects and successfully navigate the hiring process.

3. Enrollment & Fees:

3.1 To enroll in the Program, you must submit an application and pay a non-refundable enrollment fee of $99. This fee covers the cost of processing your application, conducting initial assessments, the criminal background check, and connecting you with a dedicated career mentor.

3.2 On-the-Job Support: We don’t stop at getting you your ideal job. To ensure a smooth transition, we offer a free 15-day trial of our exclusive “On-the-Job Support” program. This program provides personalized guidance, access to cloud-based practice labs, and ongoing mentorship during your critical first weeks. After the trial period, continued on-the-job support is available for a monthly fee of $100 plus 3% of your gross monthly salary.

3.3 Example: If your annual salary is $80,000, your gross monthly salary is $6,666.67. The monthly fee for on-the-job support would be $100 + (3% of $6,666.67) = $300.

3.4 There are no long-term contracts for the On-the-Job Support; you can cancel at any time.
