Our client is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
Note: The job is onsite 5 days a week 8 hours a day at our Cleveland OH location.

What’s the Job?

  • Provide in-person assistance to employee end users, responding to technical support requests via calls, emails, and personal inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical problems related to PC hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot user problems, coordinating with internal IT support and vendors as necessary.
  • Train users on new technology and software to enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions while participating in various IT projects.

What’s Needed?

  • A 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interaction and interpersonal skills, particularly in listening and providing guidance.
  • Proven analytical abilities to quickly resolve technical issues and recommend feasible solutions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to document operational procedures.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts and holidays, along with a valid driving license.
