Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of program management in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Interface with Clients on Technical and Business Issues: You will serve as the primary point of contact, interfacing directly with clients on both technical intricacies and overarching business issues. This collaboration will span from the initial project initiation phase through to its successful delivery. You’ll translate complex technical jargon into understandable business terms and vice-versa, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed on project scope, progress, and potential challenges.
  • Drive Program/Project Schedules and Status Reporting: A core responsibility will be to meticulously drive program and project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met and deliverables are completed in a timely manner. You’ll establish realistic timelines, track progress against baselines, identify potential delays, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Furthermore, you will create and disseminate comprehensive status reports, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Create and Review Functional Specifications: You will play a pivotal role in the early stages of product implementation by creating and reviewing functional specifications. This involves detailing the required functionalities of products or features from a user’s perspective, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. These specifications will serve as critical documents, aiding in informed decision-making for product development and ensuring that the final output aligns perfectly with stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage Project Resources and Develop Team Members: You will be responsible for the strategic management of project resources, ensuring that teams are adequately staffed and equipped to meet project demands. Beyond resource allocation, you will actively develop, motivate, and coach team members. This involves fostering a positive and productive work environment, providing constructive feedback, identifying skill development opportunities, and empowering individuals to grow within their roles, thereby enhancing overall team performance and capabilities.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Prepare Rollout Plans: You will be instrumental in the quality assurance process by facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This involves coordinating with end-users to test new products or features, gathering their feedback, and ensuring that the solutions meet their operational needs. Following successful UAT, you will meticulously prepare comprehensive rollout plans and procedures. These plans will detail the steps for deployment, communication strategies, training requirements, and post-rollout support, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for users and systems.
