As an Info Sec Ops Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that end-users have the right access to the right resources, securely and efficiently.   • Provision Access to End Users Across Lines of Business: You will be directly responsible for provisioning access to end users across various Lines of Business within the organization. This involves granting, modifying, and revoking user permissions for a wide array of applications, systems, and platforms. Your meticulous work ensures that employees have the necessary access to perform their job functions while adhering to security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate on Access Requirements: You’ll collaborate closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) and Application groups to accurately determine access requirements. This means understanding the roles and responsibilities of users, mapping them to necessary permissions, and ensuring that access requests are aligned with the principle of least privilege. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical teams is crucial for defining precise access entitlements.
  • Utilize Ticketing Systems for Request Management: A core part of your daily workflow will involve effectively utilizing ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, or Pac2000) to manage the entire lifecycle of access requests and issues. This includes creating, updating, escalating, and closing tickets, ensuring all interactions and resolutions are meticulously documented for audit and tracking purposes.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues and Provide Solutions: You will troubleshoot technical issues related to access provisioning and IAM, providing effective solutions in a customer-focused environment. This involves diagnosing problems like denied access, incorrect permissions, or system integration errors, and working diligently to resolve them. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Develop and Maintain Reports Using MS Excel and Database Tools: You will develop and maintain reports using MS Excel and other database tools. These reports will provide insights into access provisioning activities, user access reviews, potential compliance gaps, or operational metrics. Your ability to extract, analyze, and present data clearly will support internal auditing and continuous process improvement within IAM operations.

  • Experience in Access Provisioning on Multiple Platforms: You must have at least 2+ years of demonstrated experience in provisioning access on various enterprise platforms. This includes hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.
