An opportunity has come through our network for three exceptional Senior Lead Digital Product Managers at a Fortune 50 Enterprise Financial Services client. This 24-month potential contract-to-hire position offers a hybrid work model, with locations in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; and Chandler, AZ. This highly visible project offers exposure to multiple lines of business and stakeholders across the enterprise.

What’s the Job? Driving AI-Powered Transformation in Commercial Banking

As a Digital Product Manager specializing in GenAI, you will be at the forefront of the client’s product transformation, leveraging AI/ML solutions to elevate sales performance, unlock the full potential of CRM, and transform customer relationships within the Commercial Banking Sales Division.

Commercial Banking Sales Enablement:

  • Elevate Sales Performance with AI/ML Solutions: You will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions specifically designed to optimize sales channels, uncover new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. This includes leveraging cutting-edge platforms like Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your contributions will directly enhance sales effectiveness through AI/ML-driven solutions, leading to more efficient and successful sales strategies.
  • Unlock CRM Potential with Data-Driven Insights: You will skillfully utilize CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce to extract valuable insights and fuel data-driven sales strategies. This involves digging deep into CRM data to find patterns and opportunities that can inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly valued, as it enables you to turn raw data into compelling, actionable intelligence. To excel as a Digital Product Manager specializing in GenAI, you’ll need extensive experience in product management within the financial services sector, deep AI/ML expertise, and proficiency with CRM and data tools.

  • Extensive Digital Product Management Experience: You are required to have 7+ years of proven experience in digital product management, with a successful track record of launching and scaling digital products, particularly within the financial services industry. Experience working in organizations undergoing significant product transformation is highly desired, as it indicates your ability to navigate complex change and drive innovation.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Finance) is preferred. A Master’s degree is a plus, indicating a higher level of academic specialization and strategic thinking.

    • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce) is essential for the Sales Enablement role. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a significant plus, indicating your ability to analyze and present complex data effectively.
    • Credit Process Knowledge (Plus): Knowledge of credit underwriting and origination processes is a plus, particularly for the Commercial Credit roles. Familiarity with industry-standard tools like nCino, Fiserv LOS (Loan Origination System), Solifi, and Black Knight is also a strong asset.
    • Systems and Technologies: Experience with relevant systems and technologies used in Commercial Banking, such as Fiserv Loan Origination System, Black Knight Empower, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a strong asset.
    • Adaptability and Innovation: You demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to change, embrace new technologies, and contribute to a culture of innovation, which is vital for a company undergoing product transformation.
