Our client, a leader in technology operations, is actively seeking a skilled Technology Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Technology Operations Analyst, you will be a vital part of the Security team, providing essential support to various Lines of Business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring a successful alignment within the organization’s collaborative and dynamic environment.

What’s the Job?

As an Info Sec Ops Analyst focusing on IAM, you will be crucial in managing and securing access for the organization’s users and systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• User Access Provisioning: Precisely provisioning access for end-users across various Lines of Business within the organization, ensuring adherence to established security policies and least privilege principles.
• Access Requirement Collaboration: Collaborating closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) and Application development groups to accurately determine specific access requirements for various systems and data.
• Ticketing System Management: Efficiently utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, Pac2000) to manage a high volume of access requests, track issues, and ensure timely resolution according to SLAs.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshooting technical issues related to access, identity, and general IT operations, providing effective and customer-focused solutions to end-users.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Developing and maintaining comprehensive reports utilizing MS Excel and other database tools, providing insights into access trends, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Data Integrity: Contributing to maintaining data integrity and security within access management systems.

What’s Needed?

We’re looking for a skilled professional with practical experience in access management and IT operations:

• Access Provisioning Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in provisioning access on diverse database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.
• Ticketing System Proficiency: Proven experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems such as Service Now, ART, Remedy, or Pac2000.
• MS Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced data review and reporting capabilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical individuals across various departments.
• Database & Scripting Knowledge (Desirable): General database knowledge and experience with MySQL, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Powershell or Python, are highly desirable.
