  • Oversee Capital Forecasting, Planning, and Procurement: You will hold significant responsibility in the financial and resource management aspects of infrastructure projects. This includes overseeing capital forecasting, which involves predicting the long-term infrastructure needs and accurately estimating the associated capital expenditures. You will lead planning efforts to develop detailed budgets, prepare business cases for investment justification, and align infrastructure spending with the organization’s financial cycles and strategic objectives.
