What You Bring:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced wireless professional with:
- Extensive Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in wireless and RTLS deployments.
- RF Survey Mastery: Mastery of hybrid RF survey methodologies (combining predictive modeling with on-site validation).
- Ekahau Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Ekahau AI Pro and Sidekick I/II.
- Cisco Wireless Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 91xx APs, 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs), and various antenna systems.
- Consulting & Mentorship: A strong consulting presence, capable of engaging with clients, and the ability to mentor junior engineers, fostering their development.
- Automation Skills: Experience automating wireless reporting and analysis using tools and languages like Python, Excel, and Splunk.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Wireless Engineer, your contributions will be pivotal in delivering robust wireless solutions:
- RF Survey Leadership: Leading and executing comprehensive hybrid RF surveys across diverse and complex environments.
- Network Design & Optimization: Designing and optimizing high-performance wireless networks utilizing Ekahau and Cisco platforms.
- Documentation & Analysis: Delivering detailed RF analysis reports and creating actionable design documentation that guides implementation.
- Enterprise Solution Architecture: Architecting and implementing enterprise-grade wireless solutions, including advanced RTLS capabilities.
- Remote Design & Client Consulting: Providing expert-level remote design support and direct client-facing consulting, translating technical details into business solutions.
- Wireless PDI Initiatives: Driving wireless PDI (Plan, Design, Implement) initiatives from conceptualization through successful completion.
