This could involve recruiting new talent, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing technical follow-up for young designers. This mentorship role would involve sharing your expertise, guiding best practices, and helping to shape the next generation of UI/UX and front-end professionals within the organization.
- Development, Maintenance, and Upkeep of In-House Systems: Beyond UI-specific tasks, you will be involved in the broader development, maintenance, and upkeep of original in-house business systems. This includes supporting web systems and smartphone applications that are integral to the company’s operations. Your work ensures these systems are stable, secure, and continuously evolving to meet internal needs.
- Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Internal Infrastructure: You will contribute to the foundational construction, operation, maintenance, and upkeep of internal infrastructure. This could involve working with servers (e.g., Linux), basic network equipment, and other IT components, ensuring a robust and reliable environment for all digital operations.
